What is your returns and refunds policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for damaged or defective items only.
To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• Returned with all original packaging

How do I start a return?

If your order arrived damaged, please email us at helloarabandajam@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• A short description of the issue

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items.
If a replacement item is in stock, we’ll send it out once we’ve confirmed the return.
